  • Recruitment Agreement between Indonesian Agencies and Foreign Agencies/Employers
  • Job Order/Visa Wakalah/Demand Letter issued by Foreign Agencies/Employers submitted to Indonesian Agencies
  • Labor Contract Draft
    NOTE: All of these documents must be approved by Indonesian Missions/Embassy in the destination working country

  • Recruitment Permit issued by National Board for Indonesian Agencies
  • Recruitment by Indonesian Agencies through Local Government

  • Public Dissemination of Information by Local Government and Indonesia Agencies
  • Registration by Indonesian Candidates to the Local Government

  • Selection by Indonesian Agencies
  • Placement Contract between Indonesian Agencies and Indonesian candidates

  • Health Examination by Accredited Health Centre

  • Working Visa issued by the receiving foreign mission

  • Insurance

  • Signing Labor Contract by candidate
  • Final Orientation before departure
  • Indonesian Overseas Worker ID Card issued by National Board
